Pickup is available in Sydney and Melbourne. If you select pickup when ordering, our supplier will be notified immediately and will have your ladder ready when you arrive.
If a product shows as out of stock on the website, please wait for us to notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Local delivery — Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane
You will be surprised how much time and money you can save by having your ladder delivered.
Local delivery is just $44 within the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane local delivery areas. If your address is within these areas, the option will become available at checkout.
Delivery for the rest of the country
For addresses outside the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane local delivery areas, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Residential vs business delivery
Freight carriers charge differently depending on whether they are delivering to a home or to a staffed business / industrial site. At checkout you may see:
- Residential delivery (homes / apartments) — for private residences and addresses without a staffed commercial reception.
- Business delivery (staffed commercial address) — for companies, warehouses, construction sites and other industrial or commercial premises.
If you are ordering to a company or industrial address, please enter your company name in the Company field at checkout. This helps us show the correct freight options. Leaving Company blank is treated as a residential delivery.
Please choose the option that matches your address. If you select business delivery and the carrier later classifies the address as residential, we will need to charge the residential (higher) rate. To avoid delays to your order, make sure your address type is clear before you complete checkout; enter a company name for business / industrial sites, and choose residential for home deliveries.
Important: The shipping price shown at checkout is an estimate. While we strive to honour these prices, there may be instances where freight costs exceed what we can reasonably absorb, particularly for certain locations. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to discuss the difference and next steps.

When purchasing more than 3 ladders, we will provide bulk discounted pricing on your order and a great bulk delivery option. Add your items or cart to quote and we will get the best price for your bulk delivery.
