Refund policy
Return policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with stickers and tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ladders4u.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be brought back to the warehouse you collected the ladder from or sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your ladder. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty & Repairs
Our ladders have a minimum of a 1 year warranty up to a Lifetime warranty for faulty materials or workmanship. Upon return we will inspect the ladder and determine if it is covered under warranty and will repair the ladder or provide a replacement.
Where your item is no longer available and cannot be repaired we will provide a suitable replacement option.
If your ladder is damaged and not covered by warranty we can do repairs and provide replacement parts. Please contact us at sales@ladders4u.com.au with photos and a detailed description of the damage. If we determine there is a cost involved we will invoice you before we proceed with the repair.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds & Restocking Fee
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less a 10% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that freight charges, delivery fees, and other service costs are non-refundable.
If your return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item), the restocking fee will not apply.
